Force Majeure: If the contest is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, 80% of registration fees will be refunded.

Organizational Issues: Full refund will be provided if cancellation is due to our organizational failure.

Participant Withdrawal: No refund for voluntary withdrawal from the contest.
